About us
We shorten the search for a contractor for your project
Once you decide to build, a long journey of decisions begins — starting with finding a contractor: many calls, the same questions repeated to every contractor, and offers that look nothing alike. We built SaudiContractor so you describe your project once, your request reaches contractors and engineering offices who contact you with offers, and you can focus on comparing, checking and deciding.

What we do
You tell us the project type, scope, floors, rough area, the status of land, drawings and permit, and the city and start date, and we pass your request to contractors and engineering offices that suit your project, who contact you with their offers.
We are not a contractor or engineering office, we don’t carry out building work, we don’t publish ratings or paid listings, and we don’t endorse any particular contractor. Our role is to pass on your request clearly and help with practical guides such as steps to build a villa and how to choose a contractor.
What we believe in
Clarity
We explain services and what drives cost in plain language, without misleading prices or unrealistic promises — which is why our building cost guide has no figures.
Privacy
We only share your details with your consent, with the contractors and offices relevant to your request, and only ask for what they need to make an offer.
Freedom to decide
Requesting offers commits you to nothing. Compare offers, check the contractor, ask your engineer, and decide for yourself.
Information to help you
We write our guides and city pages so you understand the stages of building and what sets each city apart, and ask the right questions. But they aren’t engineering or legal advice, and regulations and requirements differ between cities and change — so always check your project’s details with a licensed engineering office and the relevant authorities.
How we choose partners
We are building a network of contractors and engineering offices in each city, and we ask partners to be properly registered. We will describe how we select partners and look at their details here once that process is complete. But checking the contractor you sign with remains your responsibility: ask about their commercial registration and classification where required, and visit past projects before agreeing.
