About the service
How does SaudiContractor work?
You choose the project type, give the scope, floors and rough area, the status of land, drawings and permit, and the city and start date — then we pass your request to contractors and engineering offices who contact you with offers.
Is the service free?
Yes — sending a request is free and without obligation. The contract, price and details are agreed directly between you and the contractor.
Is SaudiContractor a contractor?
No — we pass requests to contractors and engineering offices. The party you choose carries out the work and is responsible for it; checking them is your responsibility.
Do I need drawings before sending a request?
No — choose the drawings’ status in the form. If they aren’t ready, you can start by requesting engineering design and supervision.
Do you cover renovating older homes?
Not at the moment. We focus on new building, annexes and extra floors, and finishing new buildings.
Requests and follow-up
Who will contact me after I send a request?
Contractors or engineering offices that serve your city and project type; some may ask for drawings or a site visit before a final offer.
Can I request offers without drawings or a permit?
Yes — choose their status in the form. If drawings aren’t ready, you may want to start with an engineering office: choose “engineering design / supervision”, or read steps to build a villa.
Can I choose WhatsApp?
Yes — in the last step you choose your preferred channel: call or WhatsApp. Email is optional.
Do you vet the contractors?
We don’t rate contractors or guarantee their work. Checking registration, classification and past projects is your responsibility before signing — read how to choose a contractor.
Do you set the prices?
No — contractors set prices in their offers. Our building cost guide explains what affects the price.
Privacy and data
How do you use my data?
We use your details only to pass your request to the contractors and offices relevant to it, after your explicit consent. Your rights and how to make a request about your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Should I enter the exact plot location in the form?
No — the city and district are enough. Give the exact location and drawings to the contractor you choose, directly.
